The nature of the electrical industry is forever
changing and progressing. Due to this, it is important that our brothers and sisters
continue to keep gaining the education to do their work with the most knowledge and
efficiency possible. The Apprenticeship and Journeyman Training Committee offers classes
to accomplish this. In addition to making each of us a more valuable employee to our
contractors, at our last negotiations, an incentive pay was agreed upon to give our
brothers and sisters another reason to further educate themselves. |
