The apprenticeship is sanctioned through the National Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (NJATC) a joint committee of NECA and IBEW
You can visit the NJATC page at http://www.njatc.org to learn the benefits of the training through an approved apprenticeship program
The local chapter is the Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (JATC). The purpose of the JATC is to provide the most highly educated and skilled electricians possible in the trade. The JATC is responsible for training Apprentices, as well as continuing education classes for Journeyman electricians, Construction Wiremen, and Construction Electricians to ensure this goal.
